Dry Freight Van Bodies

The panels are made of Premade FRP skins and high strength woven roving and hard polyurethane foam which are vacuum bonded together in high pressure. High strength woven roving gives composite panels high impact resistance and flexural strength.
Main Characters
1. Much lighter than plywood-cored panels and steel panels. Lighter weight contribute to lighter bodies and increased load capacity.
2. Because FRP honeycomb-core panels use preminum plastic honeycomb as core, the panels have better rigidity which efficiently avoid shaking in riding
3. Quick and aesy assembly without special tools.
4. Maintenance is very easy to repair and without trace left.

The common thickness is 20mm 45mm 100mm (with 1mm FRP surface panel)
